Holidays are available for 7 nights commencing on Fridays. Christmas and New Years weeks are also available for a minimum of 7 nights. We also offer short breaks throughout the year excluding the school holidays, Christmas and New Year periods so please do ask me about the rates. All bedlinen, towels and tea towels are provided. Cleaning is inclusive.

Booking deposit of 25% are payable upon reservation.  The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival together with a separate cheque of £150 (for weekly breaks or £100 for short breaks) for the Good Housekeeping Deposit.  The deposit is held to cover replacement, repair or additional cleaning costs.  It is returned to the client or shredded on satisfactory departure.  If the holiday is booked less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival, then full payment is requested at time of booking.

How to book your holiday accommodation.

3. We will contact you by telephone or email to confirm availability.
4. Payment of 25% deposit is payable immediately to secure your booking.
5. Please download and complete the Booking Form and post it to us along with your deposit cheque. Confirmation of your booking details will be sent out by email.
6. Directions and key code information will be sent out to you once the balance has been paid and approximately one week before your holiday.
